We organise Free Legal Aid Camps on a regular basis attempting to contribute to society through a three-pronged approach: increasing legal literary by dissemination of awareness material, encouraging the settlement of disputes though negotiation, arbitration and/or conciliation and doing our bit for improving ‘access to justice’ by providing free legal advice to weaker sections of the society.

Mayank Aggarwal
Mayank Aggarwal is an alumnus of the prestigious National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore and as a Partner handles litigation vertical at the Firm. He has extensive litigation experience and has inter alia worked with the Standing counsel for CBI, Income Tax Department and Directorate of Revenue Intelligence apart from representing/ defending some high-profile private clients in anti-corruption matters. He has handled a wide gamut of criminal, commercial and civil matters across forums like the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, National Green Tribunal, NCLT, RERA and NCDRC. His diversity of exposure makes him coveted by clients for skillful strategisation of complex litigations.
Pradeep Aggarwal
Pradeep Aggarwal is the founding Partner of the firm. He has a very diverse and rich litigation experience emanating from his practice. His primary areas of interest include high-value Real estate, matrimonial and contractual dispute advisory and resolution. In addition to this, he is an RTI enthusiast and has been advocating for a more transparent and effective system. He is an avid social worker and also takes time out to manage Hari-Vidya Educational Society. His ability for in-depth analysis of issues and finding creative solutions to problems makes him very sought-after and highly recommended by clients.
Lovisha Aggarwal
Lovisha Aggarwal has been involved with litigation and advisory practice of the firm. Her primary fields of interest include civil disputes, alternate dispute resolution mechanisms and consumer matters, amongst others. She is also a public policy enthusiast and a development professional. She has several publications to her credit including a number of case reports in Hindustan Times.
CA VARSHA MITHAL
Mrs. Varsha Mithal is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) & Information System Auditor (DISA). She provides Advisory Services to our Firm with regard to Commercial and Taxation Matters. Mrs. Mithal has experience of over 15 years in Company, LLP formation, Direct and Indirect Tax Planning, its compliances and advisory services. She has been a Partner at KM Agarwal & Company since 2003. She possesses an expertise in Preparation, computation and filing of Income Tax, TDS & GST Returns.
