Earlier, we had informed the detailed procedure (penned by Lovisha Aggarwal) related to filing of urgent matters in the DHC during lockdown. This Article will cover the information related to filing of non-urgent matters (i.e. ordinary matters) before the DHC.
Two methods:
[free of cost scanning facility available at Designated Counters]
Type of Matters: ordinary fresh and pending matters
Date of Scrutiny: After lifting of lockdown in the NCT of Delhi (unless otherwise directed)
Objections: Advocates or litigants will be informed after lifting of lockdown when filings are scrutinised.
