As per an Office Memorandum issued recently, Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Greater Noida has announced that it would be taking up matters through Video Conferencing, in the wake of Coronavirus pandemic, as physical hearings would not be possible. This is a welcome step from the Authority as it helps prevent undue adjournments of matters listed before the Authority and is beneficial for all concerned parties including the litigants and lawyers.
